Job description:
Design and develop electrostatic painting machine and peripheral device.
Requirement for this position:
1.Applied technology of high voltage
2.Analysis of high-voltage electricity field
3.Structural design for electricity
4.Structural design for machine related electric field.
5.Provide technical support such as basic procedure for demonstration to manufacturing designer.
6.Improve and develop products.
Education

Candidate's quality
1. speculative thought and exp of design machine and product development.
2. willing to challenge something new.
3. Doesn't have allergies for any organic solvent.
4. prefer basic knowledge of QA.
Knowledge
Basic knowledge of electric engineering (circuit design, control and electricity and magnetism etc). Prefer the knowledge of insulating Materials and high-voltage control.
Experience
Exp of painting is not necessary. Need either one of the experiences below.
1. Exp of working at factory. Over 5 year Exp of design or development.
2. design of high-voltage switchgear. For example exp of set up circuit breakers.
3. exp of analysis for electricity field with FEM.
4. plan and technique for any kind of materials (casting and potting etc) leaking. Analysis for HEAT effection.
5. prefer exp of production process and improvement procedure for quality. (SMC)
Languages
Be able to read and understand the MANUAL and technical documents. There is English E-mail and communication.
