Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as main contact point to regulatory body (FSA, MOF, BOJ etc.) and coordinate necessary action with Branch Management
2. Ensure activity in the Branch is compliant with local regulations
3. Ensure activity in the Branch is compliant with ABN AMRO's global and regional instructions
4. To promote compliance environment within the Branch through induction training to new employee and periodical seminars, etc.
5. To liaise with Regional / Global Compliance and to obtain regional / global instructions and report the local activity
6. Liaise with external legal counsel as main contact point of legal matters in the Branch
